During a herbal consultation, we delve into a journey exploring holistically your health’s feelings and needs. We also discuss previous health history, current medication/supplement, diet, energy level and sleep. At the end of the consultation, I take blood pressure and wrist pulse and examine your tongue to help get a holistic picture of yourself. After that, you will be given a herbal prescription crafted to support your unique body and constitution. Usually, after 3 weeks, we review your health with a follow-up consultation. We discuss how you are getting on with the herbal prescription and whether any changes are needed to meet your presenting situation.
