Sound Bath
During our Sound Bath all you have to do is lie on your mat, close your eyes and listen to the sea of sound waves generated by our instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi, Shamanic Drum etc.
The sound of the instruments and the talents of our sound healer will take you on a meditative experience bringing you to a state of deep relaxation.
Soul Development
In this class, we will use sound and guided meditation to unblock your energy (Ka) and heal your multidimensional body, leaving you refreshed and energised.
Ka is the ancient Egyptian term for spirit or life force energy.
Yoga Techniques (Iyengar Method)
Restorative Yoga is a speciality of Iyengar Yoga. It uses a range of yoga props to support the body in poses, which can then be held effortlessly for longer periods of time. This allows the practitioner to experience at a deeper level the physical, emotional and mental benefits of the poses. These classes are quiet and soothing. It is recommended that restorative yoga is included as part of your weekly practice, to help you cope with both daily stresses as well as recover from illness or physical, emotional and/or mental fatigue. Restorative classes are a gateway for a soothing relaxation and prepare you organically for the introduction of Pranayama practice.
Candlelit Yin
Yin is a slower paced contemplative and meditative practice that promotes stillness and observation. A quiet practice where the poses are held for a longer period of time to target and stretch the connective tissues increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility and mobility.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga offers the perfect break from your working desk and to finish your week. It allows the practitioners to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into the practice. The practitioner has time to evaluate how and when a pose should to be modified, due to physical limitations or limitations in experience. The practitioner also has the time to mentally engage with the body, as it moves through a series. Slow flowing is a wonderful practice in discovering one’s personal limitations and learning how to move past those limitations.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is commonly known as the yogic sleep and a deep, powerful meditation that doesn't require any physical activity. The practitioners rest in Savasana (laying on their backs) whilst listening to the teacher guiding them into deep rest, typically through the 5 layers- also known as koshas. The practitioner is encouraged to stay present and mentally alert to become the observer of bodily sensations whilst cultivating a deeper relaxation and sense of awareness. Yoga Nidra can have plenty of benefits such as stress reduction, better sleep quality, a better sense of self, altering deeply seated habits and core beliefs,better mental clarity and bringing body and mind into a sense of balance and homeostasis. If you have bring your own eye pillow to find an even deeper rest.

Expect to stretch deeply, challenge your balance, twist and backbend your way finishing with a deep and relaxing savasana.
Aerial Yoga
Discover Aerial Yoga and experience the bliss of inversions, tricks and deeper stretches. Gently get acquainted with the practice through Asanas adapted to the sling, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of inverted movements with different variations to suit your needs. You will be challenged but all within your abilities, which makes this class accessible to seasoned beginners.

Alignment is the foundation for Iyengar Yoga and it is introduced from the very beginning. The use of props for a correct asana presentation will enhance the understanding of its alignment as well as minimize its challenge and build endurance for the practitioner to stay in the pose and rip the benefits. Energy flows like water and can be impeded by blockages. Proper alignment allows energy to flow freely throughout the body. Gradual and frequent practice of these asanas, through thoughtful and careful asana sequences will bring more flexibility to the stiffer practitioner and more strength to the over flexible practitioner. A feeling of relaxation, well being and peace of mind will be achieved at the end of the classes.

In this fun practice you can expect to move 360 degrees around your mat in a dynamic vinyasa flow, moving from pose to pose with the breath. The class begins and closes with yin yoga postures. The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body, which relate
to the four elements and their corresponding four chakras. A wonderfully complete vinyasa

Rocket
Rocket was created in the 80’s by Larry Shultz as a more playful and accessible option to
Ashtanga allowing students to access more advance poses if they were ready to, without
having to follow the strict hierarchy of Ashtanga. Rocket Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga with an energising and uplifting sequence that will challenge you. The practice is open to all levels.

It is a wonderful interpretation of classical Eight-Limbed or Hatha - Raja Yoga, that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you to discover deep healing relaxation and Meditation.
The practice of Asanas (postures) tones and invigorates the body and mind, leading to enhanced flexibility, strength, balance and concentration. TRX
TRX Training provides a fun yet challenging workout no matter your fitness goals or ability level. TRX classes follow the rule of 7 foundational movements with each one allowing for progression and regression, so you workout at the level that best suits you. This 'suspension trainer' works through using your body weight alone, so a class can contain mixed abilities yet you only have to work to your own level. Each new class adds a new challenge to keep it fun and let you to see and feel yourself improving week by week.
Dharma Yoga
Dharma yoga includes a progressive series of vinyasa sequences designed to allow the free flow of prana energy up and down the spine and throughout the physical body and mind. The postures include stretching, twists, balancing poses, backbends and some inversions.
Dharma yoga, though, is more than the physical practice. It incorporates all of the eight limbs of yoga as outlined in the Yoga Sutras. Specifically, Dharma yoga includes pranayama breathing exercises, meditation and even instruction on yogic philosophy and lifestyle with the ultimate goal reaching Self-realization, or knowledge of the true Self.

Closing by returning to yin, once more coming to stillness allowing our energy to settle.

PLAY
Dance Class
This movement practice is focused on presence, physical dexterity, humour, individuality and openness. The aim is to create an inclusive and safe environment for movers to tune into themselves, engage with an environment of others and interact with the notions of fearlessness, adaptability and community. Get a full body workout toning, flowing and grooving in this all level contemporary dance class.
Movement improvisation, set exercises and highly physical sequences encourage bold dynamic choices and artistry; practicing the way in which we approach material as an individual and group, discovering the essences of how we love to move. Elements from soft acrobatics, floorwork, classical dance techniques and yoga will be used within the frameworks of this class. All levels welcome!

ACCESSIBILITY
Community Chair Yoga
Accessible Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures are retained. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild back bends. Moreover the practice will include coordination exercise and day-to-day movements.
Breathwork
