The treatment - I first start with a guided healing meditation to relax your body and mind, then I scan your energy field by passing my hands gently above the surface of your body, noticing any sensations or imbalances. I will place my hands on or near your body, around the head, shoulders, belly, legs, knees and feet. You may experience the energy as heat, cold, tingling, pressure, heaviness, lightness, etc. I place crystals on your body, work with sound healing and essential oils. The Holy Fire Reiki energy flows from my hands to your body, chakras and aura.
