A follow-up consultation will take place three weeks after the first consultation. It is a short consultation to assess how you're feeling and getting on with the herbal prescription. The prescription may be altered to ensure it is still specific and of the greatest benefit to you.
Cancellation Policy
In order to have a full refund, you can cancel/reschedule your treatment (with the same therapist) online or by calling us up to 24 hours from the time of your appointment. No refund will be issued for late cancelations or no shows. If booked on the day we will require a pre payment and in case of cancelation or no show no refund will be issued.
