Massage can be beneficial to all, not just sports players and athletes. For general health and well being massage eases the stresses, strains and tensions felt across your body. You will gain a deeper awareness and insight into the state of your body and mind. Depending on what you want to get out of your massage, your preferences and sensitivities, a variety of techniques can be used. From deep relaxation to recovery and regeneration from intense physical and mental efforts, and everything in between. Integrating breathwork into soft tissue therapy, and sharing joint and total body movement exercises can add great additional value. Tension and tenderness acquired at work or from study; following injury, trauma, surgery or ill health; from sports or fitness training, or to assist in the preparation or recovery from specific events.
