Singularly movement, breathwork and meditation can provide you with great benefits in mind and body: together their power is multiplied. An integrated session progressively settles the body, quiets the mind and leads to calmness, clarity, and a deep sense of wellbeing.Aptly named, Fusion is a blended fusion of everything I’ve come to learn and studied around the body and natural healing. The idea stems from just who would benefit from this work and how many genres of people could I impact and help with either a profound or incremental impact. I’ve crammed a metaphysical tool bag full of learned healing modalities from East and West practises and philosophies. I’ve Spoken and sat with the Masters to learn little tips and tricks that can enable the body to release and open up, quite frankly this is my life’s work of practising over and over again, reading, studying and researching, attending countless retreats, workshops and courses. Taking all this information and making it tangible and applicable to a session that greatly helps so many people. This is a 60-minute session, with around 40-45 minutes spent on a couch fully clothed whilst the therapist conducts a hands-on somewhat of an MOT and Service on the body. This session is non-invasive and non-intrusive and can also be performed with hands off. The session is deeply relaxing enabling you to fully switch off and unplug from the world. Over the years I’ve found people more and more continually returning, some even month to month making this part of their self-care regime and repeatedly experiencing the relaxing nature of this work.
