45. Roots Movement

Movement practices for everyone: there is no minimum entry level, or elite level of ability that will not benefit. Incorporating fundamental human movements and/or Qigong based forms, we’ll start where you are. Keeping it simple or making it incrementally more complex. Roots Movement because movement is one of the fundamental roots from which our physical and mental health and wellbeing are dependent, as well as for excellence in the performance of any athletic or artistic discipline. (Re)Gain health and increase your well-being with greater movement insight and skill moving on two feet, and/or from the ground (kneeling, sitting, lying), and effectively transition between the two, when able. You will develop a stronger grounding, footwork, handwork and agility.
