A simple and highly impactful approach to breathwork. Breathing practices provide a host of mental and physical benefits and most are easy to perform: if you find meditation challenging, begin with breathwork. Sessions go beyond sharing singular or specific practices to elicit specific changes in your state, structure or physiology. Sessions will provide a fresh awareness that is actionable and empower you to experience well-being, calmness and clarity, everyday. If you have an existing practice of breathwork or meditation we can explore the opportunities to deepen and enrich them.
