Find your Yoga Style

Finding your yoga flow doesn't have to feel like a daunting task.

Take a deep breath, let go of the overwhelm and explore different styles to find the one that resonates with you the most. Trust the journey and remember that each practice is a chance to connect with yourself and reduce stress.

Hatha yoga is a slow-paced, gentle style that is great for beginners. Hatha classes often include basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" and refers to a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that connects each movement with an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa classes are often fast-paced and can be physically challenging.

A style that emphasizes the circular movement of energy within the body and the mind by moving 360 degrees around your mat. This style incorporates postures, breath work, rhythm, and meditation to help you tap into your inner wisdom through the 4 elements, fire, earth, air and water.

Iyengar yoga is a type of Hatha yoga that places a strong emphasis on proper alignment and the use of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets. This style is great for beginners and for people wanting to deepen their knowledge.

A dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga. This style is based on the Ashtanga yoga system but incorporates modifications and variations to make the practice more accessible. Rocket yoga emphasizes strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues of the body and fascia. Poses are held for several minutes to encourage a deep release of tension.

A graceful and challenging practice that encourages you to work towards the full poses. Most poses are held for a longer period of time than in vinyasa practices, which adds a level of difficulty.

Performed using a suspended hammock. This style provides a unique and playful approach to yoga and allows students to experience the postures from a new perspective. Aerial yoga classes often include inversions, strength work and deep stretching.
