Adult Elementary Ballet

Elementary Ballet for Adults will move through ballet techniques at the barre, floor movements and diagonals. Suitable for people who have some level of (any) dance experience, even if many years have passed since participating in a ballet class.

If you have the urge to get fit with style then this could just be the class to get you moving and pointing your feet!

Even if many years have passed, don’t worry, don’t feel intimidated , learn in a fun bubbly and friendly class. Nobody judges and nobody will be judged. Helping you to feel fabulous, improve your posture and get the Ballet Body you always wanted.

 

Latin Fit

Latin fit is a high-octane cardio class using the techniques and musical styles of multiple Latin dances. Expect to dance steps from the Cha cha, salsa, samba, jive and many more in this 60 minute, non stop fitness class!

Ballet Fit

Strengthen tone and increase flexibility.

Ballet fitness is a mixture of barre and pilates exercises working the whole body to create long, lean muscles - think ballerina. Using isometric pulses to target specific muscles to get that burn! Sculpt, strengthen and stretch your muscles in a fun and energising class.

Dance Fit

Dance fitness class inspired on the strength, power & sass of a dancer. Learn to groove to the beats of Hip Hop, Commercial and Latin. Get ready to sweat and feel empowered by the energy of the moves and the music. A welcoming class even to the complete beginner, Fran creates a fun and engaging environment.
