Cloud started learning pilates back in China in 2007 due to severe sciatic nerve and back pain. Finding it strengthened her body, lessened her pain and gave her back the joy of movement, she decided to undertake her teacher training in London and share Pilates with others. She is now a qualified Balanced Body (PMA) instructor.

Cloud teaches a mixed ability classes with a focus on breath to connect students to the optimum level of their own body movement and mind control. Her classes start off slow and work up to a dynamic, powerful class with suitable modifications along the way to tailor to individual needs and allow you to work at your own level.
