A creative flowing yoga class. Working with the breath to move from posture to posture. Designed to build flexibility, strength whilst cultivating a sense of calmness and focus.
An energising Vinyasa flow class. Connecting breath with movement to help you work towards intermediate and more advanced postures throughout a continuous flow of asanas. Enjoy energising playlists specifically designed to carry you through your sequence or relaxing sounds to bring your focus inwards. Expect to stretch deeply, challenge your balance, twist and backbend your way finishing with a deep and relaxing savasana.
Yin & Yang Yoga
Yin & Yang combines dynamic Vinyasa Flow with Yin Yoga. It creates the perfect balance, moving from an energising flow into deep stretches in the second half of the class. Yin & Yang helps you build both strength and flexibility and it will leave you ready to start the new week fresh and full of energy.
Hatha brings many of the practices of yoga into one complete (but not overwhelming) package. A union of stretching, breathwork, meditation and gentle cardio, you leave the class feeling energised yet calm.
Ideal for those starting out with yoga, this class introduces/awakens you to the possibilities and benefits that yoga can bring. As a classic strand of yoga, it is also useful to the more experienced as a reminder of the roots of the practice.

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced form of Yoga. With its roots in Ashtanga it has a strong emphasis on building strength for arm balances and inversions giving options to move into more advanced postures as the students become ready. This energising and uplifting sequence is challenging but open to all levels.
Power Yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging form of Yoga. It strengthens and tones the body, increases flexibility and helps improve balance; both physically and mentally. Fluidly moving from one Asana into another, the link between movement and breath is an essential part of the practice.

A great workout to compliment gym or sports training and to fix posture imbalances we create from our daily work habits. This class is open to all levels but is designed to challenge you and help you find a strong, powerful yoga practice.
The name Budokon translates to mean “the way of the spiritual warrior” (Bu – Warrior, Do – Way, Kon – Spirit).
This practice is a fusion of Zen Meditation, Yoga, Mobility and Calisthenics (body-weight training) that is based on a power and vinyasa flow style of hatha Yoga integrated with Martial Arts movements and infused with some playful Animal Movement sequences. Budokon makes for a challenging and core-strengthening practice that will change the way you move for the better!

Restorative Flow Yoga
Restorative flow is a gentle and slow paced style of yoga, with postures being held for longer periods of time. It helps to improve flexibility by stretching deep connective tissues between the muscles and fascia in the whole body. It helps to increase circulation in the joints and helps to regulate the flow of energy in our body. It is a wonderful way to de-stress and calm the mind. Open to all levels.
Yin is a therapeutic style of yoga that is meditative, slow paced, and helping to balance an active lifestyle. Stretches are held longer and deeper, enhancing flexibility and joint mobility whilst encouraging healing and realigning the body’s connective tissues.

Parent and Toddler Yoga
Parent/toddler (1-4yrs) yoga is focused on yoga for the parents, where they can bring their baby and do something for themselves at the same time (Calming down the mind, create strength and flexibility etc. all the good things that Yoga does). The children are encouraged to be part of the practice as the parent will show them a few poses that the children may also be able to do. They can copy their parent if they want to and get the physical benefits from the practice also.
